Overall the staff is very helpful and reliable. Although i did go there the other day and paid EXTRA for one of their top-notch beds (it's a 30 min bed that they say you could do 3 times a month to maintain a tan) and the lamp right above the face was out and that i had to scoot down (with my feet out of the tanning bed) to get a tan on my face..... I told the woman at the desk afterwards and she never apologized nor did she really care. I was quite taken back and it makes me wonder if she was even listening to me.
The service recovery that time was a ZERO.

Some of the staff is educated and knowledgeable. There is normally no wait time. Unsure of where the bathrooms were. There was old trash in the trash can. The rest seemed clean. One of the beds I went to the radio didn't work at all.
