I will NEVER again buy from them. I have had horrible customer service. They carry no parts for any of their appliances, so you have to order anything needing repair. My dryer is about 2 years old, and this is the second time I am replacing the timer knob. The dryer will not operate without it. My first replacement was in July 2017 and it came with a Lifetime warranty. I was thrilled, until I spent 22 minutes on the phone today, 4 months later, ordering the very same piece. For the same price. I don't feel Champaign Appliance stood by their product, and I don't feel they are willing to follow through with issues.
